NU KÖR VI! A PRODUCTIVE DAY IN ROSENGÅRD, MALMÖ NU KÖR VI! A PRODUCTIVE DAY IN ROSENGÅRD, MALMÖ

Today we returned to Rosengård in Malmö, Sweden to put different engagement tools to use in order to further investigate and understand the area through the eyes of stakeholders and users. We have gained new important insights through both a stakeholder workshop and an expert interview on how to best design for children with varying disabilities.
Posters are now also in place on site continuing the drive of the insightful dialogue process!

DIALOGUE AND URBAN ANALYSIS IN ROSENGÅRD, MALMÖ DIALOGUE AND URBAN ANALYSIS IN ROSENGÅRD, MALMÖ

We are very excited to be working with @malmo_stad_officiell again, as we are currently carrying out dialogue and urban analysis in the urban area of Rosengård in Malmö, Sweden.
In July we went on an insightful site visit in collaboration with Ethnology professor Mark Vacher, and we are now in full swing, planning for the many initiatives driving the engagement process forward in the upcoming weeks.

We look forward to hearing all of the inputs from the locals, creating the groundwork for new and improved meeting places in Rosengård! #arkilab #designingcitieswithpeople

The panel discussion will be based on different science papers written for the occasion, among others arki_lab’s paper “Education for future inclusion of young people”.

High on engagement! While @frisk.rasmus is in Aus High on engagement!

While @frisk.rasmus is in Australia, a lot of projects are moving forward! Yesterday morning, he facilitated another workshop, this time on our project with the Nowra Riverfront Activation Plan. The purpose for this workshop was to hear out the community and allow them to comment and give feedback on the first draft plan on the Nowra Riverfront Precinct.

With a large poster as a starting point, the citizens engaged in a dialogue with us, representatives from @shoalhavencitycouncil , Our Regional NSW and not least with each other and gave feedback on what should happen to their future precinct.

Being bold and putting pen paper allows for a constructive, and sometimes heated, discussion that moves the project forward, and therefore we were amazed to see this many people showing up yesterday and being so committed and engaged - a huge thanks!
